Clinical Research Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator / Clinical Research Assistant (m/f/d) (MFA, MDA, medical career changers or similar)

Would you like to play an active role in shaping healthcare and support patients on their journey through clinical trials? Then you’ve come to the right place!

We are a clinical trial outpatient clinic in the heart of Leipzig and carry out trials in various indication areas in collaboration with our affiliated GP practice.

We are looking for a Study Nurse / Study Coordinator / Clinical Trial Assistant (m/f/d) (Medical assistant, medical documentation assistant or similar).

Do you have a background in healthcare, administration or something completely different? No problem – we’ll train you step by step! Your working hours can vary between 30–40 hours per week can be tailored to your needs. As a Study Nurse (m/f/d), you will work on the Organisation of study visits and are concerned about the Data collection and documentation of study-specific patient data in the eCRF. What you can expect: You will support our study participants during their visits. You take a blood sample, measure vital signs and document the results You are preparing Samples for the laboratory You will support the team in organisational processes all about the degree programmes.

 

What you bring with you:

  • Several years of professional experience as a study nurse or study coordinator
  • We welcome career changers with prior medical experience. Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Good written and spoken English; a team player who works independently and takes initiative
  • German language skills at C1 level are required

Part-time staff member to provide support in a clinical trials outpatient clinic (m/f/d)

Warehouse & Logistics Staff (m/f/d) – Clinical Trials Outpatient Clinic (part-time)

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, 9.00 am–1.00 pm

Your tasks:

  • Receipt and inspection of deliveries (e.g. medicines and laboratory kits)
  • Inspection and documentation of stock
  • Assistance with packing and dispatching materials
  • Packaging of blood samples (for dispatch on dry ice or at room temperature)
  • Overview of storage capacity

What you bring with you:

  • A meticulous and reliable approach to work
