We are a clinical trial outpatient clinic in the heart of Leipzig and carry out trials in various indication areas in collaboration with our affiliated GP practice.

Your working hours can be customised between: 30h - 40h / week.

 

What you can expect:

  • Collaboration in the implementation of study visits (e.g. vital signs, blood samples, ECG, etc.)
  • Data collection and documentation of study-specific patient data in the eCRF
  • Preparation of blood and urine samples for the laboratory
  • Correspondence with monitors, laboratories, etc.
  • Preparation and follow-up of monitor visits

 

What you bring with you:

  • Professional experience as a study assistant or completed vocational training as a medical documentation assistant
  • secure IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Team spirit, independent and autonomous way of working

To strengthen our interdisciplinary team, we are now looking for a dedicated Nutritionist (m/f/d) with an interest in scientific work in the exciting environment of clinical studies. Your tasks:

  • Nutritional counselling and support for study participants as part of clinical studies
     
  • Creation of individualised nutrition plans according to study design and scientific guidelines
     
  • Taking medical histories, nutritional protocols and follow-up checks
     
  • Close collaboration with study physicians and study coordinators 
     
  • Documentation of all relevant data according to GCP standards and study protocol
     
  • Participation in the optimisation of study processes in a nutrition-related context
     

Your profile:

  • B or C licence as a nutritionist, completed training as a state-approved dietician or completed studies in nutritional science
     
  • Ideally initial experience in the field of clinical studies or medical research
     
  • High sense of responsibility, empathy and strong communication skills
     
  • Confident handling of common documentation systems and interest in scientific work
     
  • Structured and independent way of working and team spirit
